QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR Mid-term TEST
Question 1: What qualities does a meeting need to be effective? (1 cuộc họp cần có
phẩm chất gì để đạt hiệu quả)
Having a leader (có 1 nhà lãnh đạo)
Having a stated purpose (có mục đích rõ ràng)
Being shorter instead of longer (ngắn hơn thay vì dài hơn)
Having an agendar (should be sent out 24 hours beforehand) (có 1 cuộc nghị sự: nên gửi
trc 24h)
In my view, an effective meeting depends on different factors. First, an
effective meeting needs a leader who will handle the matters discussed in the
meeeting. Second, a meeting needs a stated purpose, it will help all participants
know and focus on the topic, avoid discussing other unrelated topics. Next,
when it comes to scheduling a meeting, it’s better to go short than long. This
forces the meeting’s participants to make wise decisions about how they spend
their time in the meeting. Finally, each meeting should have an agenda, created
by the meeting leader and sent out at least 24 hours beforehand. It’s possible
there’s just one agenda item for a meeting – that’s perfectly fine.

in life. Because solving a problem means delivering a solution that makes a
sizeable number of people's lives easier. After that, you can sell a good idea at an
attractive price because no matter how good the idea or how well it solves the

so let’s not prolong the time that will create a bad impresstion. Finally, the leader’s
