Hello, everyone ! It’s a pleasure meeting you today. Let me
talk about myself. I’m Hoàng Thị Phương Linh. I’m from Ninh Binh
Province. Now I am a student at Viet Nam national university of
Agriculture. My major is Animal Production and Health. I’m a
fairly sociable and friendly person.
However, I don’t talk much and afraid of communicating with
people. Now, I will talk about my topic.
1. TALK ABOUT YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Today, I want to tell you about my daily routine. Every morning,
I wake up early to do some exercise. Then I brush my teeth and
wash my face. At 6:30 AM, I have breakfast with some bread
and a glass of milk. I get dressed and go to school at 7
AM. After class in the morning, I go back home and have lunch
with my roommate. In the afternoon, I spend time reading
books and learning English. I usually finish a day with some

Today, I am happy to talk about my family. There are 4 people
in my family: my father, my mother, my sister and me. My
father is a truck driver. My mother works in the commune
women's union. My sister just turned 11 and is in middle school.
I am a university student studying in Hanoi. In my family, my
mother is the most wonderful person. She always takes good

sister often plays games with me in her free time. We are a
happy family. We love to cook and share together. I love my

3. ONE OF MY BEST FRIENDS
Today, I want to talk about my best friend. Her name is Thuy.
This year, she is 19 years old year old. She is from Ninh Binh
province. She's pretty skinny and cute with long Straight hair.
To me, she is kind, friendly and always works hard. We have
been together since elementary school. I feel very happy because
she helped me a lot in my studies is fine. In our free time, we sit
together to talk and study. We are the same Hobbies: listening to
music and watching movies. It's good to have a good thing
friends like her. She is very special to me. I hope we will be best friends forever.
4. Talk about a special occasion
It was An's 19th birthday party. I am very happy to be invited. I
gave him a brithday card and a nice pair of shoes as a gift, he
loves them. I went to a party with some of our mutual friends.
The party was held at An's house. Although it is not big, it is
very cozy and full of happiness. There were a lot of his friends
and relatives involved and I know most of them. There is a wide
variety of food and drinks. I enjoyed some cocacola and fresh
fruit. Fast and intense music. My friends were dancing
passionately while I was talking to some new friends. Everyone
there is really friendly and funny. The party ends around 9pm. I

My house is not too big but it is very comfortable and solid. It is
a two-story house and the main paint color is lemon yellow. My
house consists of a living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms and
two bathrooms and toilets. The house has 2 sides facing the
road, so it has many doors and is airy, besides, it is also very
dusty. My house is not big but cleaning is tiring but I love my
house very much. At home I feel very comfortable and cozy. I
love my house, my family's home.
6. Talk about your favorite place.
My favorite place is Ha Long Bay. I really like the calamari
here. Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh province, there are many
islands and caves, these islands are named after things around
us, in the bay you can find Ga Trong island, Hen island and even
Dau Nguoi island, Sailing around the Island-is essential. Ha
Long Bay is the largest island of Ha Long Bay, where you can
enjoy excellent Vietnamese seafood dishes, watch traditional
dances, participate in exciting activities. Ha Long Bay is the
most majestic natural wonder of Vietnam.
7. Talk about your eating habits
I have breakfast in the morning, noon and dinner: In the morning
I usually eat bread or brown rice nuggets and drink milk,
sometimes I eat instant noodles. At noon, I usually eat rice with
food and in the evening, I also eat rice with food. I also snack in
the afternoon every day, sometimes I go out to eat with my
friends and we are very happy. I always drink milk at night

After becoming a student in Hanoi, I was very impressed with
beef noodle soup. Beef noodle soup has become the
quintessential must-try dish in Hanoi for any visitor. And it has
also become the ultimate comfort food for any Hanoian, I must
say. Traditionally, it is a breakfast staple. However, if you crave
Pho at any other time of the day, you can easily find a Pho
restaurant right in your vicinity. It is popular. Pho is a type of
pho that consists of noodles itself, broth, meats, and a variety of herbs.
9. Describe your favorite childhood things
My childhood was very beautiful. Among those beautiful
memories, I like the family outings the most. My parents take
me for a walk to the supermarket and then we go out to eat,
usually we go for roast duck or pancakes. And finally going for
ice cream, going to the amusement park and ending up with me
falling asleep on the way home. I love that time.
10. Talk about your last weekend
I am currently in Hanoi and last weekend was the anniversary of
Hung Vuong's death anniversary. That morning I went to the art
exhibition and took pictures there. In the afternoon, I help my
mother cook and eat with my family at my grandfather's house.
That night, after washing the dishes, I changed my clothes and
went to coffee with my sisters. It was a busy but very enjoyable weekend.
