Question 1: What are qualities meetings need to be effective ?
If you want to make your organization more productive, there’s no better place
to start than meetings. But how can we have an effective meeting ? Firstly,a meeting
shall have a meeting leader and a stated purpose. It’s impossible to get a good
outcome if you don’t know what the outcome you want is. Secondly, meetings
should be shorter, instead of longer. When it comes to scheduling a meeting, it’s
better to go short than long. This forces the meeting’s participants to make wise
decisions in the meeting because they don’t have much time. Thirdly, the meeting
leader isn’t the only one who needs to prepare for a meeting. All participants need
to prepare as well, by reading through the pre-reads, along with thinking about any
questions they have going into it. Last but not least, the meeting leader should keep
participants focused throughout the meeting.
Question 2: What are key signs that an idea is great?
When an idea comes to you, however, it’s not always so clear. You may have
an idea that you think is a great idea. These are some key signs you can use to know
that is really great or not. For a good idea, it must be at least somewhat different
from something else. It doesn’t necessarily have to be new but different from what
has been done before for the specific challenge. The idea must do something better
like faster, cheaper, easier, more powerfully, more effectively, ….But that
improvement must be something somebody wants. Value is an essential point, it
must more than costs. This applies not just to financial cost, but time, resources,
energy because no one is willing to pay the price for whatever benefit the idea
delivers. Take a few moments to consider before you start thinking something.

Meetings are often regarded as boring, wastes of time. But by starting a
meeting on time, presenters are also showing that they value the time of their

attendees. When meetings start and end on time, presenters build a reputation of
respect, professionalism, and competence. On the other hand, when the start time
fluctuates, people are more likely to show up late, daydream during them, or stop
attending them altogether.Meetings can be an effective way to bring your team
together, share updates, boost morale, and improve communications. However,
when they start late, presenters already set them up to be less productive and
effective. So starting and finish meetings on time are the top ways to ensure that is
a successful meeting.

career?
Everyone wants to get to the next level in work as quickly as possible, but the
problem is, it’s hard to know the best way to do it. About me, to get a head in my
career, I need to demonstrate my value and find out where I can improve. It’s
important for me to have face-to-face with difficulties even I are really scared. I need
to make sure I can have complete focus wherever I am and find a mentor as well. A
good mentor can help me realize my full potential by identifying the skills I need to
progress and help me along my path and embrace my praise along with their
critiques. Both of them are crucial on my journey.
Question 5: How are shopping habits changing in our country!
Shopping is a very popular activity in my country. If you ever go to shopping
malls, you will find that the malls are filled with people. In a recent survey, I read
that more than 60% of the population of in my country loves going to shop. Shopping
habits of people have changed dramatically over the years. People who have stopped
going to malls as (= because) they believe that online shopping is much more

convenient. Morever, due to the recent pandemic, most people tend to use e-
commerce site to buy things at home instead of coming to the shop.
Question 6: What are the most common stressful situations at
workplace?
Any job can have stressful elements, even if you love what you do. The first
thing you have to face with is low salaries. Without enough salaries, people get
stressed easily or when they don’t have the right expertise to deal with the situation.
Moreover, there are a small group of people that get bored easily. That boredom
causes stress for them too. Few opportunities for growth or advancement make work
that challenging.
Question 7: What are the most common causes of stress at work?
Some of the many causes of work-related stress include long hours, heavy
workload, job insecurity and conflicts with co-workers or bosses. Symptoms include
a drop in work performance, depression, anxiety and sleeping difficulties. Other
causes are lack of social support,not having enough control over job-related
decisions or conflicting demands or unclear performance expectations.
Question 8: What are the factors considered before starting a
business?
Well, there are some important factors to consider before starting a business.
Firstly, no business can develop in the absence of a great idea. A great idea is the
only thing on which the development of your business will depend. Moreover, as a
lot of companies are involved in the market, you need to have a unique idea that
stands out. The next important factor that should be considered involves the funding
of your business. The next factor that needs to be considered is the completion of
legal documents. Registering your business is the first step the evidence of which

is known as business information documents.Last but not least, investing in small
business software is hugely important for increasing business efficiency. Purchasing
it early is a good idea so you can get ahead of what your business goals are.

These are some qualities that I believe are the most important in order to
succeed in sales. To meet your sales targets, your need to work in a structured way.
A salesperson must have a good understanding of the activities. Besides working in
a structured way, you must also work efficiently to ensure you get the most out of
your working day. For some, this means tackling major work tasks early in the day
when you are able to focus the most. If you are serious about being a successful
salesperson, you must genuinely care about and help your customers. Your sales
efforts must build trust because no one wants to do business with someone they can’t
rely on.
Question 10: What should companies do to encourage new ideas?
The difference between the success and failure of a company could be just one
idea. Here are some ways companies should do to encourage new ideas. Firstly, set
aside time when everyone can be creative and let their imaginations run free. Look
for opportunities to break down silos and get different people together. New ideas
often come from the people closest to the opportunity, so be open to thoughts from
all levels of the organization. As a leader, it’s up the companies to not only encourage
new ideas but to expect them. Creativity and idea generation can be contagious. Once
you open the door to new ideas, people will build on them and continue to keep them
flowing. Companies needs innovative ideas to keep growing, adapting, and moving
in the direction of the vision.
