medium-sized enterprise operating in the printing industry with a modest scale,
maintaining traditional customer bases and seeking new markets plays an extremely
important role.
The research on the current situation of maintaining and expanding the product
consumption market of Hoai Son Printing and Trading LLC and proposing solutions to
maintain and expand the product consumption market helps the business increase
revenue, optimize costs, and build a solid competitive position in the market.

Sales- Customer Care Department, responsible for marketing, sales, and maintaining

Distribution system: At the moment, Hoai Son Printing and Trading LLC is
concentrating on creating a distribution system in Hanoi's inner city, which has a high
population density and is suitable for providing printing goods like labels, flyers,
catalogs, paper packaging, and other promotional materials. The creation of a
centralized distribution network speeds up client delivery times while assisting the
business in maintaining high service quality. In order to boost production speed and
flexibility in managing big or urgent orders, the company intends to work with
outsourcing partners and extend its distribution network to nearby provinces including
Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, and Ha Nam in the upcoming development phase.
Target market: Small and medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing,
consumer goods, food, cosmetics, fashion, and pharmaceutical industries are the
company's primary focus. This organization frequently needs to print advertising
materials, product labels, and packaging. Additionally, the business provides services to

Comment: Through Table 3.1 we can see:
In the period 2022–2024, Hoai Son Printing and Trading LLC recorded strong
revenue growth, reflecting the process of market expansion and enhanced production
and business capacity.
Regarding revenue: In the period 2022–2024, the net revenue from sales and
services of Hoai Son Printing and Trading LLC experienced significant growth. In

2022, revenue reached 100.259.000 VND, increasing to 651.312.181 VND in 2023
and reaching 1.831.904.408 VND in 2024. This growth rate is a result of the
company's increasing production, growing product consuming markets, and
effectively utilizing its core business potential, all of which contribute to the quick
expansion of its production and business operations.
In addition, the revenue from financial activities over the years has been
negligible, only in the range of a few thousand dong each year (ranging from 1.098
dong to 6.862 dong), accurately reflecting the nature of a manufacturing enterprise
not engaging in financial investments but primarily earning interest from bank
deposits.
Regarding operating expenses: The company's expenses have also been
trending upwards over the years, especially in 2024. The cost of goods sold increased
in line with revenue, from 52.756.160 VND in 2022 to 462.326.414 VND in 2023,
reaching 1.213.618.227 VND in 2024. This reflects the increase in production costs in
line with output, including raw materials, labor, and other production costs.
Notably, corporate management costs surged significantly in 2024. From
211.935.990 VND in 2023, this cost nearly tripled, reaching 601.465.453 VND in
2024. The main reason is that the company invested in machinery and ramped up
production activities this year, leading to increased management costs, operating costs,
depreciation, and personnel expenses. The increase in costs is higher than the revenue
growth rate, indicating that operational pressure is mounting and requiring the
company to implement more effective cost optimization measures.
Regarding profit: Gross profit from sales and services has shown positive
growth, increasing from 47.502.840 VND in 2022 to 618.286.181 VND in 2024,
reflecting the effectiveness of the core production and business activities. However,
the after-tax profit did not maintain its upward trend. In 2023, the company achieved a
post-tax profit of 22.334.401 VND—much higher than in 2022 (3.883.583 VND), but
by 2024, it dropped to 16.826.515 VND.
This decline is due to the high increase in business management costs, while
other profits no longer occur as in previous years. Specifically, other profits reached
300.000 VND in 2022 and 608.960 VND in 2023 but were completely absent in 2024.
This shows that in 2024, the company focused entirely on production activities,
resulting in no additional income from other sources.

Overall assessment: The company has made significant progress in terms of
revenue and scale of operations. However, the rising cost levels—especially
management costs—are putting significant pressure on financial performance. In the
context of increasingly fierce competition, the company needs to focus on improving
management processes, increasing labor productivity, and tightening cost control to
ensure sustainable profit growth in the upcoming periods.
CHAPTER 2: CURRENT STATUS OF MAINTAINING AND EXPANDING
THE MARKET FOR PRODUCTS OF HOAI SON PRINTING TRADING LLC
2.1 Analysis of the current state of product consumption of Hoai Son Printing and
Trading LLC
2.1.1 Structure of product consumption
At present, Hoai Son Printing and Trading LLC provides a wide variety of printed
goods, including labels for packaging, paper boxes, catalogs, brochures, flyers,
notepads, invoices, office publications, and conference and event printed goods. Among
these, the packaging group (including labels and paper boxes) is crucial, contributing
significantly to yearly income, particularly from commercial clients in the food,
clothing, and manufacturing industries.
Flyers, brochures, and other office printing items generally experience significant
seasonality and are mostly used for short-term communication initiatives. The income
isn't huge, but it helps with connection maintenance and getting the name out there.
2.1.2 Distribution channels and sales methods
Currently, the company mainly sells its products through the following channels:
Direct sales channel: This is a common form, accounting for a high proportion,
through a team of sales staff who approach business customers in Hanoi and sign
fullservice printing contracts. This channel provides stable revenue but heavily relies
on personal relationships and customer care abilities.
Online sales channel: The company has started developing the sales channel
through the website and social media platforms. However, the online sales system has
not been optimized, lacking the quick order placement and automatic quotation
features, leading to a limited customer experience.
Outsourcing and distribution partner channel: A portion of the products is
consumed through outsourcing partners in neighboring provinces, mainly to meet
large order quantities or serve customers outside the Hanoi area. However, the quality
management and process control mechanisms have not yet been standardized.

2.2 Performance evaluation
2.2.1 Results of product consumption over time
According to financial data for the period 2022–2024, the production volume and
product consumption value have increased significantly each year, as evidenced by net
revenue rising from over 100 billion VND (in 2022) to nearly 1,832 billion VND (in
2024). This shows that there is a strong market demand, and the company has
effectively utilized its production capacity to meet that demand.
However, net profit in 2024 tends to decrease compared to the previous year.
This somewhat reflects the suboptimal product consumption efficiency, particularly in
cost control, order management, and customer lifetime value exploitation.
2.2.2 Limitations in product consumption activities
Not diversifying the consumption market: Most orders are concentrated in
Hanoi, causing revenue to depend on a geographical area. Meanwhile, other provinces
and cities have not been systematically exploited.
Lack of a professional CRM system: The management of customer data, order
history, and post-sale care has not been fully digitized, leading to difficulties in retaining
old customers and increasing repurchase rates.
Intense competition in pricing and delivery time: Small printing companies
are willing to lower prices to attract customers while also having a more flexible
advantage in delivery times.
