Personally, I was allured by historical sites because it offer a tangible link to the
past and I think the most impressive historical place is hue’castle where was the
capital of Vietnam during feudal times . thus, I can point out vietnam’ s history and
culture in the Nguyen dynasty. Hue has wonderful architectures like .the city’s
architecture is harmonious because it was inherit the previous dynasty with culture
of china. Hue city is a large fortune of Vietnamese, specially, hue royal refined music
was recognized a intangible cultural heritage of the world . If you visit there , you
must try spicy Vietnamese beef and pork noodle soup. I sure it will make you feel
mouth-watering . furthermore, local people is friendly

Pho is one of the specialties in
Vietnamese cuisine. Pho has several
diversities such as beef pho, chicken
pho , …but I enjoy beef Pho the most. It
has been popular with only

Pho consist of rice noodle ,sliced beef and bone broth ,made
from beef bone, onion and some herbs. All the ingredients are
put in a bowl with onion on top of the beef.
The taste of ingredients are perfect harmony .it has a delicate
taste and smells so good that I can’t resist it whenever.
Vietnamese frequently eat Pho in the morning because it is
nutritious enough for breakfast.
