1. Explain the statement
“Choice” plays a major role in determining how a company is structured.
Consumers have choice over what they buy. Producers have choice over where to
buy materials. Shareholders have choice over where they invest their money. Thanks
to technology and globalization, individuals and firms have more opportunities ever
to collect information and conduct economic activities outside traditional structure.
With all that choice around, future company will have to be flexible in order to
quickly adapt to the changing environment if they are to survive. 2. Summarize the article
The author of the article believes that company structure is “a matter of choice”,
which means “choice” plays a major role in determining the structure of tomorrow’s
company. Dramatic changes are taking place. The workhorse’s role of giant JSC in
capitalistic economy has been replaced by global competition. One way to look at
the future of a company is understanding what they are doing. Many companies are
observed to effectively engage in mergers. However there is a strong belief that big
corporations no longer exist. There are also new types of companies emerging with
no factories, warehouses or other tangible assets, replacing traditional companies.
Companies are being replaced by networks formed by groups of entrepreneurs who
produce an idea with the money supplied by venture capitalists. Another way to look
at the future of a company is focusing on the environment where consumers,
producers, shareholders can choose whatever they want to spend their money on.
Thanks to technology and globalization, individuals and firms ever have more
opportunities to collect information and conduct more economic activities outside
traditional structure. Therefore, future company will have to be flexible in order to
quickly adapt to the changing environments if they are to survive. 3. Translate the text

Kể từ khi tập đoàn được thành lập nó đã được chấp nhận rộng rãi rằng việc tổ
chức những hoạt động cùng nhau trong cùng một công ty lớn làm giảm chi phí giao
