Purpose: - Research how to manage and use the time of DSU6B class students, and
how it affects classroom learning.
To assess the out-of-school time management of DSU6B students, our
team conducted a survey of students' opinions in the class through a form
(consisting of 14 questions).
The total number of votes cast was 36 votes.
The total number of votes collected was 34 votes.
After collecting, synthesizing, and processing survey slips (proportionally), the
number of students answering questions, our team has some comments and
reviews as follows:
1. Regarding the information of the multipliers of the survey subjects
a. Gender

Because the class had fewer male friends than female friends, the results
reflected fewer male students' votes than those of the females who filled out the
survey.
b, Where to stay

Because the class has many students from Hanoi, most of the students are
living at home. Next are the students who live in hostels and at least the number of
students living in dormitories.

c, Means of transportation
Most students choose the means of transportation as motorcycles, the number
accounts for more than half (61.1%) of the total number of students participating in
the survey. This was followed by walking vehicles, which accounted for the second
largest number with 30.6%.
The number of students traveling in cars and buses is negligible, the total number
of people using these two vehicles is only 8.3%.

2. Activities that the survey subjects spend time outside of school hours
According to the statistics, people tend to spend time on hanging out, playing
sports and learning more, learning the most on their own, currently up to 69.4% of
survey respondents spend time hanging out and playing sports and 44.4% of people
choose to study more and self-study.
The less selected activities were part-time work, club membership, and sleep,
respectively, with 16.7%, 13.9% and 2.8%, respectively.

Based on the data collected, for spending time working part-time, the students
all chose the answer as (63.9%) accounted for the most choices.
The second is to spend 1-2 hours, with most first-year students spending very
little time on part-time jobs (22.2%).
Spending a greater amount of time, such as 3-4 hours or 5-6 hours, accounts
for an extremely small amount of time (5.6%).

In terms of joining the club, with 5 people choosing to join the club above, most
people only spend 1-2 hours a day on this.

5. The time the survey subjects spend on going out and playing sports is
(hours/day):
- Outings and sports activities are the most chosen by everyone, there are up
to 25 choices of this activity, and the time people spend on this also varies greatly.
The proportion of people spending 1-2 hours a day is 55.6%, 3-4 hours per
day is 16.7%, 5-6 hours per day is 8.3%, and the period of 1-3 hours accounts for
negligible amounts, only 2.8%.

Unlike spending time like other activities, for self-study, more than half of all
students spend 1-2 hours, namely 52.8%.
Meanwhile, the amount of salary spent 3-4 hours only accounted for 19.4%,
far from the number of students who spent 1-2 hours.
The lowest is to spend 3-5 hours, accounting for 2.8%.

school hours is:
For the purposes of the above activities:
Most people engage in activities outside of school hours because they want to
gain more experience and expand their relationships. The total number of votes of
the two purposes was 40 out of 70 recorded.
For reasons with fewer choices, only 8 votes participated in the activity to
earn more income and gain more professional knowledge. And there were 14 out
of 70 votes because they felt free.

Students all choose the answer as "yes", accounting for an extremely large
number of 80.6%, while there are still some of you who are not satisfied with the
current job for a variety of reasons. The number of "no" options is 19.4%.

Comments on how survey subjects felt when they engaged in after-hours activities:
Half of DSU6B students (50%) chose they were not affected by after-hours
activities, while about 11.1% of the total students said they were affected.
The other options were minimal and moderate, with 13.9% and 25% of those
choosing, respectively.

11.How students plan to do to balance that:
In order to balance their studies and participate in effective after-hours activities,
up to 58.3% of students choose to schedule a reasonable timetable.
Many students cut back on their sleep time to do many other things (19.4%)
- Account for at least the number of students who choose not to plan to balance,
where to go or go, (2.8%).

Overall, according to the results collected, our team achieved its original goal.
Most of you are a freshman so choose to participate in many out-of-hours
activities, you still have little attendance for part-time work or clubbing, most of
the options to go out, or play sports to socialize, expand the relationship. You're
still spending a little time on your activities, and out-of-hours activities don't seem
to affect your classwork, and people stay focused and get good results. You know
how to adjust, balance time and those are very positive feedback that our team has
received.
