(AM) writing this email to express my feeling and my suggestions about face to
face meetings.
According to the email that I read from the club about upcoming meetings. To

To prepare well for our upcoming meetings, might I give you some ideas for
meetings? Firstly, most of the club members are students so I think it would be
great if the club organize (ORGANIZES) meetings on weekends. Secondly, you
should set a rule to limit the use of phones in meetings so that everyone can
focus on discussing together.
I am looking forward to hearing your reply if my ideas are acceptable.
Your sincerely,
Nguyen Thao.
