1. Xác định các hoạt động logistics quốc tế tại doanh nghiệp sản
xuất – thương mại bên dưới (gọi tắt là doanh nghiệp).
2. Tổ chức các hoạt động logistics quốc tế của doanh nghiệp sang
thị trường nước ngoài. Các thông tin liên quan đến các hoạt động
khác trong toàn chuỗi hoạt động logistics, được giả định, phù hợp
với Đơn hàng xuất khẩu bên dưới.
3. Thiết kế các chỉ tiêu cụ thể kiểm soát hiệu quả hoạt động logistics
quốc tế tại doanh nghiệp khi thực hiện đơn hàng xuất khẩu.
4. Vẽ mô hình chuỗi hoạt động logistics quốc tế của doanh nghiệp.
5. Xác định các lợi ích cơ bản mà hệ thống logistics quốc tế của doanh nghiệp mang lại.
6. Nhận xét, rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm. 7. Yêu cầu khác: 7.1.
Thời hạn nộp BT lớn: Trước khi kết thúc môn học 1 tuần. Bản

+ If the buyer wants to cancel the contract in the last minutes before
shipment or refuse to take cont at destination, 20% of total contract
value will be charged as penalty to the buyer.
+ In case of delay payment happens, the penalty for such delay will be
based on annual interest rate of 12% for the buyer's AC.
+ This contract is based on Incoterms 2020. Insurance must be covered
by customers and shipment advice is the confirmation that the exporter
has completed their responsibility when the goods are on board the
vessel at the loading port and the importer has took fully responsibility
for the risks that may occur during the transportation.
+ All the amendments occurring during implementation of this contract
such as delivery date, destination, arrival port and fees related to these
changes… must be consent by both parties by email or fax.
+ This contract is made in English & signed through fax or email. The
faxed or email copies have the same value as the original and become
into effective from the signing date and validity until end of December 2024.
+ Buyer must check quality of goods immediately after receiving
cargos. Any claim concerning quality & quantity of the goods will be
effected within max 1 month from day of container arrival destination
with independent third party's report. Seller/Shipper will not be
responsible for any claim after valid date.
+ One Foods would be responsible for all customs and FDA clearances
in LA. Shipper would guarantee FDA passage and would be
responsible for full USA costs and return freight to Vietnam should there be a rejection.
