1/ Identify issue:
Vingroup's real-estate company is facing with many difficulties that rooted mainly from its organizatio
problems. The Sales Division's activities has shown its inefficiency as its apartment transaction i
flagship projects was not as good as expected. There is a need of restructuring organization, in whic
Sales Division should be disband and outsource activities should be in place. The biggest question is
how Vingroup could make it for their sustainable operation in the future.
2/ Board of Directors Planning:
“How to grow the sales and improve customer services” (Graetz et al.2011-P1) is a big question for

sale department. Therefore, the appropriate organizational change must consider the employee attitudes
and perceptions (Choi M 2011).
4/ Recommendations:
The first recommendation from Senior Managers Team is to 50% of Sales team to otransfer
departments within organization, they can be named by Marketing, Administration and Accounting
departments. Before the transfer could occur, we shall organize one by one meeting with purpose
understanding their expectation along with their experiences and skills to relocate them to rig
department. Regard to this solution, we might reduce complains and resistances from current employe
still can retain some talent and loyalty person. (Graetz F, Rimmer R, Lawrence A & Smith A 2006)
5/ Second recommendation is to labor contract with 50% remain staff. We organize privaterminate
meeting one by one to look for volunteer at beginning. We offer them compensation package as
written in labor law. With people who not ready to go, we send notice 3 months in advance, th
time to complete what they are working on, and have time to find a new job. Finally, with peop
love their job, and they would love to sell apartments for the company, we send them to as
Agents/Third party (we outsource sales task) to work. (Hayes SC, Luoma JB, Bond FW, Masuda A
